DIGHTON — Chief Robert MacDonald and the Dighton Police Department would like to congratulate the Dighton-Rehoboth graduating Class of 2020.

“On behalf of the Dighton Police Department, I would like to congratulate all Dighton-Rehoboth graduating seniors. We are immensely proud of all of your accomplishments and of the people you’ve become.

“Thank you again for allowing me to commemorate with you all at your celebratory parade yesterday. During the unprecedented time caused by the pandemic, it was an honor to join you all one last time in recognition of all of your achievements. Graduating high school is no small task, and graduating high school in the midst of an unprecedented crisis is extremely commendable.

“As you enter into your adult life, I’d like you to remember the times you were faced with adversity, learned from it, grew from it and overcame it. Due to your hard work and determination, you’ve made it this far. Congratulations to the Class of 2020 on completing this milestone, we wish you all the best with your future endeavors.”
